   I was advised by CS to call the store as I purchased a jacket from here and the zip broke. Kirsty the duty manager spoke to me on the phone and was one of the most dismissive and rude people I’ve dealt with. Talking over me, pushing the blame on me, not offering any kind of solution other than “don’t have a receipt can’t help” not to mention the gas lighting. I’m making a complaint to customer services about this person and I won’t shop with yours/badrhino again.

   Fantastic shop that has some amazing clothes. They have sizes up to 34. So if you a larger size like I am and can't find clothes in other clothes shops, this is ideal, friendly staff. They have changing rooms as well

   Bought a lovely cardigan but it went bobbly after wearing it only twice. After first wash its too shabby looking to wear. Disappointed however the shop itself does have a good range of clothing. Staff gave basic customer service but could have been more polite. I dont like it when staff chat amongst themselves and serve you slowly like you are an inconvenience.
