   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. Tony was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the whole process of sorting the DPF on my car. He kept me fully in the loop at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was completely transparent with the costs — no surprises at all. It’s refreshing to find a garage that’s honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

   I was looking for a car electrician and found Tony at Direct Motor Services. My goal was simple – find out why the wipers stopped working and get it fixed. Tony diagnosed that the BCU was faulty and quoted me £500 to do the job, but never mentioned that his prices are before VAT. That means the real total would’ve been £600, which is ridiculous considering the part itself costs about £50 on eBay. I decided to handle it myself – sent the BCU to ECU Express, who repaired and returned it within two days for £210. Tony charged me £240 for diagnostics, removal and refitting, even though I expected around £100–£200. The car works fine now, but the experience taught me to always ask whether the price includes VAT – because Tony’s quotes don’t.

   We had a service and work done on my husbands Jaguar XJ by Tony and Mitchell and we were very pleased with what they did and so we recently booked my Mondeo ST Estate in for a Silver Service and to check the brakes at the rear which another garage had failed to sort out a few months ago. The work done by Tony was excellent, Serviced, he even changed the cabin/pollen filter others had told us it didn't have! He checked the vehicle over and also sent us a detailed video of what was going on with the rear Brakes offering us options and ultimately requiring two new calipers.. quite a costly exercise but expertly done and sorted by Tony. We love and enjoy our cars and we wont take any of ours anywhere else now, these guys are knowledgable, efficient, honest and just brilliant. Thanks again Tony

   Took my Jaguar to Direct Motor Service last week, it had pretty much had a persistent coolant leak for well over a year and I had mentioned it at a couple of other places when it went for a service and another small job. No one was able to find a leak but the car was using pretty much a header tank full every couple of weeks. Mitchell took on the Job and when we dropped it off it was obvious that he was very knowledgable and seemed to have a plan to find and sort the issue. I left it with him expecting it to take some time and possibly end up expensive. I was called within a few hours and informed that the leak was from the water pump.. I gave them the go ahead to order a new water pump and replace it.. The following day quite early I had another call from Mitchell to say it was all done and I collected it before lunch the same day and it has run better than it has since I purchased it.. Mitchell and Direct Motor Services were first class.. The price was excellent also and this will be my go to for servicing and repairs from now on. Thanks guys.
