Love the clothes in Bonmarche, not only for older ladies, you will be surprised that there are clothes to suit younger people. Great quality and friendly and helpful staff..
The attitude of the staff is poor. Reasonable when purchasing but very rude and abrupt when returning anything. The item had been tried on and i had my receipt and the bag - sharpen up your customer service skills please. The member of staff has short dark brown hair and glasses - not good

Cannot tell you how disappointed I am in your Long Eaton branch. I went in today with my 3 year old granddaughter. I was at the till about to purchase 3 tops when my granddaughter said she needed the toilet. 2 sales assistants and no other customers in sight I was told 'NO'! I was horrified. My poor beautiful granddaughter was humiliated and of course had an accident!! She is 3 and no other customers in the shop it would not have put them out for her to have had a wee. Being a cold day we had to go over to Tesco, buy new bottoms for her all for the sake of using the toilet!! My granddaughter was so upset for the whole day. I Met up with a mother's group later who could not believe how insensitive your staff were. They will not be going into your Long Eaton store again. This is all about a 3 year old. I did not continue with my purchase as to gutted with how they could treat a child. We did not walk into the store to use the toilet but looked round went into the changing room and then to the till. This will all be on cctv. Very very disappointed in your non caring insensitive staff
