I have sold a lot with the Wardrobe and been more than satisfied! Janine and her staff are very helpful, make it so easy to get fair prices for your unwanted good quality clothing. I'd thoroughly recommend!!
For over 3 years now I have been bringing my"no longer loved" clothes,shoes & handbags to The Wardrobe for either Janine or Jordan to select & sell on to customers. They have a flair for knowing the value of the items & which will be certain to be "snapped up" and will be loved once again!! To get 40% of the sale price is fabulous! A very environmentally friendly service indeed as clothes recycling is so fashionable. On occasions I have purchased some special items in the shop myself with the proceeds from my sales. As they say " money makes the world go round" or in this case " the clothes go round"!! I would encourage other ladies to bring along their unwanted fashion to The Wardrobe for sale or make a visit to the shop or browse online. A special dress could be meant for you!!
I knew the exact wedding dress I wanted having researched the designer for a long time! I found the dress on The Wardrobe website and from my first engagement with Janine, I found them to be excellent! Not living locally, I was messaged over a weekend when they were closed. I was then sent 5 videos of the dress, detailing everything…. After I had confirmed purchase, nothing was too much trouble and Janine sorted recorded delivery, with it arriving the next day! Super impressed.
Visited for first time, picked up a dress off the rails to look at. The shopkeeper came over and took it out of my hands and said it was sold online. Very rude way to treat a customer. I was just looking at it! Try speaking to people like adults.
Brought some pieces to The Wardrobe to sell, the girls could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Of course I couldn't leave without a browse and ended up leaving with two fab dresses. The selection is incredible, definitely something to everyone's taste and so affordable.
This shop has changed my way of thinking about my clothes and style, I have enjoyed shopping online, in store and attended a clothes swap event. I often buy outfits that I will only wear once and it is such a waste of money but I don’t feel so bad about that if I buy an item from the wardrobe. Janine, in particular was so helpful, she encouraged me to try items I would never normally try and knew what would suit my shape and size. I would definitely recommend a visit!
Staff are super helpful and they have a great selection of affordable clothes for women.
