What a Fantastic experience at NEXT today Niall came over and asked me and my wife if we needed some help. No pressure, he was just there for us. Great knowledge and very polite. In the end we bought a lovely Table and chairs from them but this was down to his help. Fully recommend. Nick

Disappointed in todays visit came in for two pairs of Jean no help no assistants Greet by loud music like were in a branch of Frankie and bennies resturant even louder in the changing room when I approached the member of staff about the music I got nothing Left and didn’t purchase nothing !!!! Won’t be comming back here anytime soon! Most ridiculous thing ever
Rude staff members who switch off the lights at 7.40pm when closing time is at 8pm. Asked for trousers in a specific size the sales advisor looked at me like I was asking her to do the most difficult thing in the world. On the next website it said the trousers were in stock when they weren’t. Not impressed.

I came to get some slippers for my mum only to find you hadn't got any asked a lovely young lady near the till who went out the back and got me a selection to choose from I didn't get her name she was very young with long hair credit to your company very helpful

Purchased grey boucle curtains which were nearly £200, after 10 months all 4 curtains were badly faded on the inside fold. After 12 months I got round to contacting Next who informed me that because I was slightly out of warranty I couldn't have an exchange or refund. Surely curtains (which are made for windows and are in the sun all day) should last longer than 12 months???? Really disappointed in the poor customer service. I have curtains that are 7 years old that have no fading whatsoever and they cost far less.
A few week's ago my brother ordered furniture from this store no problem there. But on the due delivery date NOTHING on enquiries he was told it wouldn't be ready until NEXT YEAR not an issue but for the fact he'd got rid off all his furniture .I when into this store expecting all the excuses To my astonishment the manager and staff couldn't of been more helpful that very afternoon they delivered furniture paid for a delivery van and rang to confirm it had arrived .HAT'S OFF TO ALL AT THIS STORE YOU MADE MY BROTHER'S XMAS Thank you for the kindness and help
