Reading these reviews I can't believe we are talking about the same shop. One of the best Asian shops in Notts. This review is in response to the lady below ... In terms of women (plural) only one woman works there and definitely not like the way you describe her. She is no way racist. Please do not leave comments which are no way true.
Don’t want to leave a negative review but I thought to make other customers aware. I came here because I was recommended by one of my sisters the moment I went in there you are hit with an extremely bad smell of damp, beautiful clothes they sell but the women who work there are extremely racist, I’m white and all I got was dirty looks from the women who worked there. Constantly watching me and talking about me and laughing. There is no room to move around in there and everyone is pushing everyone to get what they want. They refused to help me and continued to serve other customers even though I was standing at the till for 10 minutes. I felt so little and so embarrassed i was going to leave the suit I picked for my son but I needed it asap. I wouldn’t say avoid but I would say avoid if you are English because no one deserves to feel like that absolutely disgusting I will never go there again. I recommend you go to derby because the customer service over there is a lot better than here in Nottingham. Very arrogant big egos and extremely rude
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Terrible customer service, extremely rude and foul-mouthed worker. If you have money and free will, go somewhere else. He refused to help us and answered all our questions with unnecessary passive aggressive comments.
I went to the shop to buy clothes but they wasn’t the right fit. They didn’t let me exchange the clothes even tho it’s a policy for every shop. The owners have bad attitude and rude manners and I do not recommend you coming here. The customer service is terrible.
First time visiting store looking for an outfit, from the offset a cold welcome I was the only person in the store and never acknowledged from two male members of staff talking amongst them selves. I found a outfit I liked and wanted try this on in the fitting room I asked what seemed to be the owner of the shop regarding this only to be bluntly told that it was a waste of time as the outfit is not going to fit and they did not have my size. I have never in my experience met such a rude individual and lack of customer service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
