   The clothes themselves are nice (maybe a bit pricey for my budget) but the staff are hit or miss. A member of staff was very friendly and helpful with finding out if an item I wanted was on sale, but was later very rude and cruel because I was confused about the changing rooms/checking if one was open (they have no vacant/occupied signs or green/red markers + it was my first time visiting). I'd love to visit again, but I might just guess if the clothes fit and hope for the best instead of being humiliated and berated.

   when i went to urban outfitters today i had a very overwhelming experience. as someone who hates loud noises walking into urban is always stressful for me since they music is extremely loud. Particularly today it was very very loud i get its for the vibes but i genuinely struggled to have a nice look around i was just on edge the whole time i was shopping, especially stressful when its busy in there i love urban though no shade xx just need the music going a few notches down.

   my recent visit to the store is generally a nice experience. Design of the store gives cosy vibes, not particularly big but clear sections. However the UG floor is messy and no staffs are there. Most products are overpriced imo, but with its design maybe it’s more understandable. Bought a bag which is reasonably priced and staff at cashier is friendly.

   I was surprised by what I saw. This store is dirty and smells bad everywhere. I wanted to choose clothes, but after what I saw I was shocked. This forever removed the desire to buy anything there. Do people who buy things there for fairly expensive prices really not respect themselves that much? This is trash to me

   Good sized store over two floors with lots of variety. Good quality sale rail for those who like a bargain, but overall prices are fairly standard so nothing eye-watering! staff were friendly. Gets very busy though, so prepare to queue!
