   I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Cynthia during our recent visit to the Next retail store. From the moment we entered, Cynthia was incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive. She went out of her way to assist us in finding the specific clothing items we were looking for, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Her warm, welcoming tone and genuine smile throughout our interaction made a real difference. It's rare to come across such dedicated and friendly customer service, and Cynthia is a credit to the Next team. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one!

   I visited this store to collect my online order. The staff member called Natalie was exceptionally rude not just to me but to her colleague too who she spoke to very condescendingly. Natalie was very disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills. Looks like it was her that made the reviewer below feel uncomfortable by implying she had switched price tags. Natalie brought out my order, called out my surname and passed me the package, then snatched it back out of my hands and angrily asked me my postcode which I politely provided. When I came to the desk to return some of the items that were not suitable she made me feel very uncomfortable by implying that something wasn’t right with my returned items. When I calmly offered to provide any additional information such as order number or my email to help her find the order information, she continued loud ranting and “talking to herself” about how things keep going missing in the store. Hope she gets replaced soon to not tarnish the reputation of a good retailer. What an unpleasant interaction and what a bitter woman with little self awareness. I would have given 0 Stars due to the above situation.

   Awful customer service! Had a item that was on sale rack and also had sale price tag on, paid for it, realised that I was charged full amount…went back and lovely lady got her manager who was very rude! Made out like I had switched it etc even though the sale tag was connected to the actual jeans

   I could give lower or i would of. Returned an item to store 2wks later still not in bank. I have tried to contact them via email and dismissed as I dont have an account then called and cut off twice. Shockingly bad customer service.

   Very disappointed my parcel had been delivered to another store when asking the young girl what I should do she said I’ve other ppl to serve and started rolling her eyes at me I asked her to not roll her eyes she said I’m not u don’t let me finish at this point I told her to leave it and I asked to speak to the manager. She then started crying very loud and saying it’s her she won’t let me speak and caused a big performance so others could see which lead to everyone looking at me I was so embarrassed, some other member of staff took her to the back where I could here her blaming me and saying it was my fault. The manager didn’t even apologise for her actions and told me to re-order myself after 30 minutes in the store and no shoes I came away feeling so embarrassed I don’t want to go in again.

   Staff not very helpful and the baby socks in particular were out of stock in 3 different designes in size 6 months. Store layout is nice but the staff all need to be a bit happier and helpful

   Sales good Value We both visited Next today and found sale items of interest. My wife bought a lovely jumper half price. I bought a very neat jacket not in the sale but just what I needed. The staff were very helpful and both sales were quickly completed.
