Overall really happy with the experience I’ve had with W A D and also meeting Jan & Adrian. They were really accommodating and helpful. I had a number of issues with my Alfa Romeo Giulia to which they were extremely understanding and sympathetic towards my situation. Thanks to them my car is running at its peak, and I would recommend them to anyone and all.
Cannot fault the staff or service, Jan has been superb and Adrian very helpful and honest in charges. Other members of staff were very polite. Had my Guilia inspected for a suspension issue and after diagnosis and expecting an inspection fee I was told no charge. Bought my car back to have work done and was completed quicker than expected and was charged accordingly. Very pleased with work and will be returning for servicing and any other work. Well done all , makes a nice change nowadays to get great service.
We have been using WAD autos for years, helpful, friendly, professional, trustworthy. They have looked after my wife's fiat for years and my car as well. Nothing is too much trouble.
Needed two pretty big pieces of work completed for my wifes Fiat 500 and my Jeep Renegade. Both competed quickly and perfectly, with the labour cost far more reasonable than franchise dealers. Not cheap, but great value. Adrian and the team are proper mechanics in a world of fitters.
Adrian and his team did an excellent job diagnosing and then correcting the issue on my 1750 Giulietta. They were thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. An excellent service provided and I highly recommend.

14/10/22 Abarth 500,, timing belt, water pump, tensioner Professional and polite, had a courtesy car, and even gave me free oil, lot cheaper then main dealers, and had a lot of knowledge on the abarth 500, will definitely use again prices seem fair
I have used this garage for a number of years. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Although it is a specialist Alfa Romeo garage, their charges are reasonable and affordable.
This is the third time I believe using WAD, and as usual, service excellent. Customer service is fantastic. Jan and Adrian are such a laugh, good people. I really appreciate Adrian explaining to me what has been done, even uses props (old parts or the exact part if it's available). This shows the integrity at the garage, the professionalism. I love that they explain the costings as well, what their service charge is (labour costs) , parts etc. Nothing is left to guess work. When they fixes my turbo, car is back... My lovely Gulietta... Moves likes its supposed to. I highly recommend them.. They are fare, honest. They will always try to save you money IF ITS POSSIBLE, with suggesting alternatives. Happy Xmas WAD TEAM... ALL THE SUCCESS.. YOU ALL DESERVE IT
