   The staff at Albrighton garage are absolutely incredible! We just had an emergency on the busy A41 when our electrics failed whilst towing our caravan- no brake or indicator lights getting to the van, which made it dangerous towing. First we tried Cosford Caravans who were unwilling to help. We then chanced our luck calling the closest garage, Albrighton. Without hesitation they told us to bring it down and they would try to help. The mechanic came out as soon as we pulled up and within 15 minutes the problem was solved and we were back on the road. Thank you to the lovely lady on the phone and the mechanic who helped, what genuinely lovely people. I just found me a new, trustworthy garage! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I honestly can’t rate the service, work and price of this garage. I’ve a bad run with my car and have used twice over the summer. Brake pads disk and an oil pump leak with water system drain and flush. Having broken down on the A5 and getting it recovered they were amazing. Good communication, professional knowledgable staff who supported me through the fault diagnostics and repair. Very very happy with the service received, thank you.

   Would give 0 stars but not an option. Would not recommend taking your car there to anyone comes out worse than when you take it in. I bought a car and needed some work I had all 4 air vent working in the car. Spent £700 for air con had to take it back several time to eventually work finally get it back and the air vent now does not work. Took them nearly a year to look at it again then said its a 14 hour job to fix so they won't fix there own mistake. Not to mention how rude the reception is.

   I needed some repair work done on my caliper bracket. I have to admit this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a garage. The staff were so polite, knowledgeable and informative. I was reassured right from the start and for a local garage the price was really good. It was my first experience of using this garage and I will definitely be booking my car in here again if I need any work done. Really happy and would fully recommend.

   Would I go anywhere else in this area? No. I have used this garage for a few years now and find their work to be excellent. They are reasonably priced and very professional. Gemma, on reception, is knowledge and very helpful. They're trustworthy and reliable. I can't recommend enough. If you are looking for a garage where you know that they will do a good job and not rip you off, this is the place.

   I drove from Manchester to Albrighton today and got one flat tyre. The staff blew it up. They asked whether I will travel far away and also checked whether the tyre has not nail or other damages. The lady at the reception is so warm, nice and friendly. The staff are professional. I am really touched by their attitude and the perfect job they have done and they didn't charge me. I am just a foreigner here but they treated me so nicely. I am grateful for what they have done. Highly recommend Albrighton Garage to everyone! May their business prosperous!
