Completely terrible. Placed an order 2 Eid’s ago only received part order after months and 700£ worth of cloth still not arrived. I have emailed so many times no response. No contact number for them on my email. Avoid this Haniyas cloth stealing shop at all cost.
Ordered product several time to recover my money from previous order. It was 9 dress and one month before Eid it was so disgusting and they were not even bothered that customer spent money but did not get their Eid dress. Anyway, strongly recommend not to buy any product from this site, they cheat customers.
Having ordered suits from them a number of times I placed an order 1 month before eid. I received an email 1 week before eid saying my suit wasn't available and if I wanted I could either wait or pick another suit which I thought was very kind of them but there was nothing I liked so asked if I could wait and if thy could keep me posted which I was promised soon as eid holidays were over they would let me know. It is now nearing the end of April and after a numerous insta messages NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME. I am honestly disgusted at there customer service and recommend you stay clear!
Poor customer service, sent 2 suits back and they didn't even issue refund. One of the suit was used and pre worn with lipstick and foundation marks. I took pictures and sent them as soon as I opened pack, they emailed me saying yes they will issue refund now They have sent me suit back saying I used it and they're not issuing refund, not even of my 2nd suit. Poor customer service. Please avoid them, they accuse people of lying.
I love Haniyas. I have been shopping online for years and love the service. They sell 100% original Pakistani designer clothes. Their stitching is superb and prices are very reasonable. I am a UK size 16 and Haniyas large size fits perfectly. Delivery is fast and reliable. Haniyas deserves five stars. I just want to mention one thing that I recently visited their shop in Nottingham and staff who were good and hpelpful but kept using the terms return and refund when they actually meant exchange/credit voucher. Haniyas as a matter of fact has a better return policy than other retailers but confusion can cause discord. I hope Haniyas will train their shop staff and possibly put a poster in the shop highlighting their policy which is clearly written on line and is genuine. I certainly will continue to shop from Haniyas and will recommend to others who love Pakistani designer clothes.
Have ordered from Haniya's before aswell but this experience was great again ,, I literally ordered my outfits in the middle of the night and received them just over 24 hours later , I love the outfits and the description was bang on ,, Thankyou for a great service
Ordered a suit for partner when it arrived was like nothing we saw on the website. Poor fabric and stitching. We had to trailer it ourself .NOT WORTH BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE
My previous order was fine. This time for my 2nd order they say it has been shipped but the Royal Mail say they did not receive it. What is the use of fast delivery option when you are not going to deliver it fast? It’s been a week of rigorous chasing with no luck.
After having to return an item because an embellishment was missing, I was assured I would get an exchange if my item was available in my size at the time they received it. I purchased it in the sale. I returned my item straight away. Had to chase them to find out if they had received it and to process a refund/exchange. They gave me refund but on checking my item was still available. I asked why I hadn’t received an exchange and they said the refund was already processed. They ignored my communication and thereafter told me to purchase again at a higher price as the sale ended. I was disgusted. It was their shoddy tailoring that meant I had to return the item. I bought a couple designer outfits before this which had many embellishments and they had fallen off during one wear which ruins the outfit. This time I chose an outfit with minimum embellishments to avoid this but the outfit had one missing already. Will not purchase from here again.
