   Been using this garage almost 10 years! They’re very professional and prices are unmatched! Can I just add, I am a female and they have NEVER tried to over charge me. This is rare with garages. Hence the reason I’ve stuck with them for almost a decade & have recommended others to them! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Been taking my cars to Herian motors for a number of years and never had a problem , if the car fails the MOT they phone you and lrt you know .Always does a good job and reasonable price .

   I took my car to Herian Motors for an MOT and full service a year ago. This year, I decided to go elsewhere for an oil change because I felt that Herian Motors didn't actually check anything during the previous service. The other garage informed me that the oil filter was completely rusted and hadn't been changed, even though I had paid for a full service at Herian Motors. I was disappointed to learn that I had wasted my money on a service that wasn't properly done. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

   I highly recommend Herian Motors for their trustworthy and excellent service. When accelerating, I noticed a noise from the pedals. Another garage diagnosed it as a turbo fault and quoted me £1.2k - £1.4K for the repair. Seeking a second opinion, I went to Herian Motors. Within 10 minutes of checking my car, they fixed the issue, which turned out to be a loose pipe. I will definitely be using Herian Motor in the future - Thank you for your honesty.

   A couple of weeks ago, I went there for MOT test, but unfortunately I regretted it due to the bad experience I went through as they have a poor customer services, they only accept cash payment not even a bank transfer which is quite inconvenience especially if you don't have your car and they expect you to pay a big amount in cash. Eventually, for the sake of my peace of mind I had to go to other place and pay again for another MOT test.

   Do not recommend. Would give 0 stars. Rip off merchants. Charge more than work should cost. Will never use again. Absolutely disgraceful. No concept of good customer service. Made a dog's dinner of exhaust repair. Had to take to another garage to have botched repair remedied.

   I have been using Herian Motors for a number of years. I have found their service extremely professional, friendly and excellent value for money. The son of the owner is in charge, and he has been very knowledgeable. I would give this garage 10/10, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

   10/10 service! Highly recommend! Took my car in last night for an mot, not realising I also needed a service. The lads took care of my car and had it done for me on the night! Very well priced and an excellent service! It will be the only garage I’ll be using from now on!

   I recently took my car into this garage and I was very happy with the customer service and price quoted to carry out work on my car. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and the fact it is run by men didn’t phase me as they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I learned this was a family run business as the boss also had his children pop by to drop lunch off. I have recommended this garage to my family and friends. Great work
