Boux's quality is it bad . I bought some things there as a gift fully packaged however there still was hole in the clothing. It wasn't the first time buying stuff from them. I bought my daughter pajamas set, and there was a massive hole in the bottoms,never buying again!.

Very poor service as if they don’t want clients in their store. I visited the store last Wednesday at 6.40 and when I asked them to try sth on they told me that they are closing soon and that next Wednesday they will be closing at 8pm so I should come back then. So I visited the store the following Wednesday (aka today) at 7pm and while I was in the queue for the only fitting room that was working the told me they had to close the fitting rooms because the employer that was outside had to leave early. Unacceptable behaviour not recommended for visit. Better do your shopping online

Very reliable lingerie store that covers a wide range of sizes. I have a hard time finding bras with a 28 or 30 band but this store has both in a large variety of styles. They often have sales where the prices become very reasonable.
Had such a lovely experience here today thanks to Jess. She fitted me for a bra, very easy and quick and she was kind and helpful during the experience. Cant express my gratitude, made a difficult and insecure process for me very positive and im happy with my purchase. Very good quality products and amazing customer service.
Excellent shop, great staff with ok customer service, excellent range and excellent quality of lingerie just a bit expensive but overall a good place to shop
