Poor management! Next sale was really badly organised! No security at the door to manage queues and opened nearly an hour late! Waste of time, never again!
I asked one of the workers called Caroline in Nottingham Victoria Centre for the price of a product, she rudely told me she doesn’t know and go ask someone at the till. As I was still stood there looking at the gift sets she pushed me really hard and when reaching a foot away from me sarcastically turned around and said sorry. When I went to pay my for my gift set at the till I told the worker and the manager got involved who was really nice. Next is a well known brand and having people like Caroline working there is such a shame. She should be sacked as many of the other employees also told me that she acts rudely will everyone. Very friendly staff, good variety of clothes. There are good quality of clothes for such a cheap price. There are escalators which is good(correct me if I'm wrong). One thing to improve is to increase your range of sizes because I found out that the sizes for kids only go to 12 years and I'm already 15-26 years so if possible, please extend the sizes for kids. I came in today to try on some shirts and to buy some trousers and the lady that served us had helped us throughout our shop and was very friendly at the till. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a hijab and there was another lady with her who was also very helpful. Thanks to you both and I will be coming back soon!
Perfect for anyone who wants to buy a suit last minute for a wedding the next following day. Shout out to amanda and carol for being so helpful. Its too bad 5 stars is the maximum rating because I would give them much more.
Had an awful experience here. Do not recommend it. The customer service from Lindsay was particularly bad. Very rude and had absolutely no idea about how to speak to members of the public, will not be returning.
Absolutely disgusted with a member of staff in the store who goes by the name of Lindsay. Me and my partner were shopping and having a laugh because she had a sneezing fit on which she covered her face. She suffers with allergies therefore could not help this. As this Lindsay walked passed us she commented and said "there is still Covid out here you know" and looked at my partner and I in disgust. As the both of us are NHS staff one of which works in A&E swabbing Covid patients, we are well aware that this exists! I could understand if she hadn't of covered her face whilst sneezing but she did. The comment she made was unnecessary and she made us feel very unwelcome after that. As my partner had not long finished a 12 hour shift on nights, she wanted to unwind with a bit of retail therapy. Safe to say she never received the customer service she expected from this store because of Lindsay's vile attitude towards her and myself. Next please sort your staff out and have a word with this woman please, she's not a credit to your store by far. And I also suggest if she's that bothered and worried about Covid, then perhaps she should wear a face covering in future. Many thanks.
We came here to buy a shirt for a funeral and my boyfriend didn’t know his neck size (he’s never bought a proper shirt before) - it took us about 10 minutes to find a member of staff to help. We finally found a lady with short blonde hair and glasses, no name tag, who was so sarcastic and rude. Wouldn’t measure his neckline herself and made us do it by just handing us a tape measure, complaining and swearing out loud about how the changing rooms had been left by previous customers. Then disappeared with the tape measure as soon as we were finished and didn’t come back to help again. Really poor service.
Went to collect an order and the member of staff could not find my parcel. She said there were hundreds of parcels to go through and that she couldn't find it. She made me feel like a nuisance and her customer service was poor. I won't be returning to this store based on the rude and demeaning attitude of this staff member who didn't want to do her job properly.
