Absolutely fantastic service from the staff, they were able to sort me with such an amazing suit for an engagement party i had and it fit like a charm and look so beautiful. They had such a wide variety of items which are stunning. The price is very affordable for suits as I thought for my first time buying a good suit it would be more but it was very affordable. I will definitely be visiting again next time I need a suit or just good looking clothes as they made my experience their so amazing and have blown me away with how fantastic looking their suits are. 5 stars are not enough but sadly thats the max.
After trying several stores I chose focus for our wedding suits and could not fault the service the quality of the suits was second to none and the service was top rate several suits had to be adjusted last minute and the guys sorted it all out couldn’t ask for more! Honestly haven’t found a suit of that standard since.
Jonathan helped my partner with his suit today, he was super helpful and answered all the questions we had. Great style for helping us with the suit combos and a very polite guy. Great service and lovely suit 10/10
This company is THE WORST! I ordered a shirt from them a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Now I have to deal with this issue through my credit card company. The cost savings are not worth it. Beware.
Top gents, great banter and even better customer service from the two lads in the shop. I am a sloppy sort of a fella who can literally walk in, tell them the occasion and say "dress me" I come out with clothes required and wife says I look correct so all is well.
Very efficient, polite and helpful. Had me sorted in hiring a suit and add ons for wedding, clothes are first class. Staff very helpful and there was no rushing me. I'd recommend them if your looking at hiring a suit or buying. Many thanks for your help.
Loved this place, staff great very friendly and just knew what i/we were looking for. We used this place to hire suits for our wedding. The staff had a proper job as some of the men lived in liverpool. Having said that every suit fitted perfectly everyone was happy. I encourage anyone to at least walk in and have a chat if you need suit hire. You wont be disappointed.
