Not surprised to see Wills name mentioned on these reviews, and rightly so. Couldn’t have asked to speak to a more considerate and polite chap. Unfortunately I never got the chance to thank him personally as he was on his break so I hope this finds message finds him well. As he was on his break I had the pleasure of dealing with another pleasant chap, James. I was returning cargos which had a pen mark and a hole on them. The way the staff responded to this was brilliant. Would recommend this store to anyone on staff alone regardless of products. Thanks again too both of them, a credit to the organisation and hope they get the recognition they deserve.
