Purchased a pair of £60 shoes inshore which lasted no more than 5 months. After emailing them (and initially receiving 2 responses) contact went dead. I've emailed a number of times and still can't get a response. Their customer service is simply the worst I've ever experienced.
Returned an item bought for me as a gift 1 day past the date on the receipt (they only have a 14 day return period rather than the usual 28 days) and lost 20% of the price of a pair of jeans even though I just wanted to exchange for an item that fitted. The guy at the till said he would honour the full price if we were exchanging then left the shop and told the other girl at the till to take off 20%. Funny thing is I was actually going to buy a few other items but quickly decided not to after being told that at the till. Terrible service and will not shop there again.
