   Freddie Hatchet Belfast were unreal from start to finish. The whole team were amazing, so nice, accommodating, and genuinely made the whole suit process easy and enjoyable. They looked after me and my entire grooms party brilliantly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They completely understood the vibe I was going for and nailed it. What could’ve been a stressful part of wedding prep was the total opposite with them, they took the pressure off, guided us through everything, and made sure we all looked spot on. And honestly, the atmosphere in the shop is top tier: friendly, relaxed, and full of great banter. Everything was done with a smile and real care, which makes such a difference. Couldn’t recommend Freddie Hatchet enough if you want suits that look class and a team who make the whole experience a pleasure.

   Freddie’s Hatchet was a brilliant find after a long search for the right tuxedo for a black-tie event. It was a last-minute booking and we could not even try on the outfit beforehand, so we took a chance by simply giving the measurements. It turned out to be the best decision. The tuxedo was excellent in quality and fit perfectly. The staff were kind, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. The service was impressive, and the shop has much more to offer than we expected. This is a place that will not disappoint. Thank you.

   I was incredibly impressed at the service provided by the guys. Nothing seems like too much for them. We had a big party and everyone got an incredible service. They got me and my party fitted with absolutely no fuss, and the suits looked great. They are friendly, attentive and quick, without feeling like you are being rushed. They adapted to our needs and really put us at ease throughout our experience at the shop in Belfast. 100% would go again and would recommend them to anyone.

   We had such a great experience here today! Robbie helped us pick out our wedding tuxes, and he was absolutely fantastic — really friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process so easy, with no pressure or rushing at all. We were even offered drinks while we browsed, which made it feel really special and comfortable. The prices amazing too for you what you get and the quality! Couldn’t recommend this place more — thank you Robbie for all your help!

   Would love to rate this place 10 stars but unfortunately I don't have the option to do so!! Brought my son today for a fit of a formal suit and I have to say it was top notch!! From the moment we walked through the door until we left the service was outstanding!!! The range of suits to chose from is amazing!! The guys that working there are so lovely to speak to!!! Fantastic service!! Will definitely be recommending!!!

   Rented 10 suits for my wedding. Definitely had them pestered with all my questions leading up to it and a few people flying in last minute for measurements. Suit quality and variety is really good. Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Only improvements would be around the online services like live chat, which is understandable as they are so busy at this time of year
