Had a great experience today when I went in to look for some jeans, Margaret was straight over to help and listened to the issues I’ve had with other clothes. The jeans she recommended fit perfectly and I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service.
I went into the store last Saturday. Had a very nice experience and I have to say especially that (I think her name was) Amber was extremely helpful and her customer service was second to none.
I hate shopping as I'm terrible at finding outfits that match. Went in today & was blown away by the customer service. Chloe came and asked was I okay, she then took me round all the trends & picked up what she thought would suit me. 5***** service. Felt like I had a personal stylist. Got x2 beautiful outfits for my best friends hen weekend. Will definitely be back. Thank you Chole was lovely to meet you & your customer service made me feel confident & beautiful in my new clothes. ❤️
Terrible shop staff horrible bought coat was never worn bought it saturday took it back tuesday wouldnt give me back a refund says they smelt perfume of it never had it on cause too small two girls in there very rude horrible shop wont be back no wonder some of the stores closing down
