   I order a Kestin shirt from Rivet. The shirt arrived but was the incorrect size that I had ordered. I reach out to them a number of different ways to resolve the issue, but they never responded. Poor experience

   Have been buying from Rivet clothing for years now, online & from shop, always a pleasure, top quality clothing at reasonable prices, being from the service industry I regard customer service as one of the most important practices in any business! Have always been impressed with Ricky's customer service infact brought one of my purchases to my workplace so I wouldn't have to wait on delivery, where else would you get personal service like that! Cannot recommend Rivets clothing, prices & service high enough, 5 stars all the way!

   Thieves - don’t buy from them. I returned clothes on the 13th January and have still not had a refund. Rivet refuse to answer emails, fb messages, insta messages, and don’t even answer the telephone. Amazingly crooked company
