   Staff are so friendly, if you need help with finding things they will drop everything and help even if they don’t have stock they’ll phone other stores to see if they have it, very clean. Really good stock, could do with a bigger men’s selection but apart from that it’s defo the place to do some shopping.

   Service was dreadful!!! , went into Bloomfield's today to look for the tiger print jumpsuit and I was told by a very helpful and friendly staff member that they had it in Ards, so went to ARDS to be told they had two but they couldn't find them, "but they might be in the stockroom somewhere", at no time did either of the two staff members offer to go to the stock room to look, not impressed at all.

   Nice small clothes with big prices. OK for that special shirt etc but jeans are as good from Primark at a fraction of the price and better range of sizes and fits. £10 in Primark buys you jeans with correct waist size and leg length ready to wear. £100 in River Island gets you a pair of jeans with a waist to fit a 10 year old with legs like an under weight flamingo on steroids. You then have to spend the equivalent of Primark jeans again on having the River Island jeans altered to fit a living human being.

   I couldn't find a pair of shoes that would suit me, I'd been everywhere then i went to ards shopping centre and river island had a few that i liked, and they also had a wider than usual fitting, the shop assistant was very quick and got what i needed in a few minutes, i was glad as it was so hot.
