    Very bad attitude from till staff. I was returning a jumper purchased before Christmas. I could not find my receipt so I asked for a credit note and was informed it was not possible. I asked why and the cashier changed her expression and informed me in a condescending manor every shop needs a receipt. I have never worked as a cashier and would never have known this. I searched my purse again found the receipt. I produced to cashier and was informed no refund or credit not as my receipt was out of date by 2 days. Cashier then returned to two of her colleagues to continue their conversation. I of the other staff was management. I felt I was intruding on their conversation. I left store with jumper and receipt very unsatisfied customer but none of staff evidently did not care.

    I was purchasing a clock table and there was only one left. The one left was a display one. Muriel the supervisor was very helpful and patient with me. She also helped to try and source another one from another branch but not able to. She then helped me test the clock to ensure that it was working. Customer service is first class and she deserves a promotion to be a Manager! Very satisfied with her service throughout!

    I went to Bangor I seen a nice suit but not my size. There were no staff on in that department to serve me.i ask a girl who was cleaning and she said there not in yet. Next off I went to newtonards their shop wasnt opened today. Then off to lisburn nothing there either. Very disappointing. What has happened to this shop.

    I love this store. Quality clothing, shoes and homeware. Great selection of everything. Situated in Lisburn Mall on cChapel Hill. Plenty of car spaces with parking payment much cheaper than Belfast city centre.
