Visited today around noon, two young female staff, were great, looking for another item of clothing for me. Also gave details of a shirt to let me order online. First class service.
Really spacious and easy to navigate
Very very helpful and friendly staff will be found here, any problem you have or any concerns regarding products in store or orders to be picked up, they are more than happy to help, its hard to find staff who are both willing and happy to help a customer in need with a smile! I drive past a couple of different places to arrive at this one because the experience is above and beyond what is expected of them! If you live in the area or are passing through be sure to try and grab the bits you need from this store! Will definitely be back!
Decent selection of stock but staff weren't helpful. No baskets to carry your shopping around. I had my hands full has I had a baby in a carrier and her changing bag on my back. I asked it the had any baskets I could use, they said no, so I asked if I could get a 5p bag to use instead. They refused this aswell and said I could go back and forward to the till and they would hold things for me to pay for at once, not convenient at all so I left with nothing. Coming up to Christmas you would think they would try and make shopping a bit easier.
Rude staff at this store. Was looking for shoes to fit flowergirls. while I stood beside the manager and her assistant for 3 minutes they had a long chat about nothing related to work , I said excuse me. She checked another store online then told me to go to till to get it checked further. They then turned and went back to their conversation about the weekend. Shocking customer service.
Staff were very helpful and showed where age suitable clothes were. The young lady- Catlin- at the till was very patient with me. She explained to me how to get to my h@m part of my phone. She was easy to talk to and kept me right. I will visit the store again and look forward to it.
