   Excellent service and tux hire. I traveled in for a wedding and was able to try on and leave with a tuxedo on the same day. Peter graciously let me hold onto the rental for a week as the wedding was near Enniskillen and we would not be back in Belfast right away. The tuxedo fit perfectly. Easy 5 star.

   We opted for Ludlow's to kit out myself and the guys for my wedding, after having worn one of their suits as a groomsman last year.  The quality and fit were so good that I knew I wanted to go straight back to them for my own wedding.  From the first appointment, we were very well looked-after and I would emphasise the quality of service and personal touch to anyone thinking of using Ludlow's.  The suits were excellent and we got plenty of help deciding on the right waistcoat and tie combos too.  One of our party uses a wheelchair and so was unable to attend the shop for a fitting. The team at Ludlow's went out of their way to accommodate him - this really meant a lot to us as it took a lot of potential stress away and ensured we were all looking our smartest on the day.  The fittings, collection, and return were all a breeze but I have to highlight the way that they handled a last-minute waistcoat emergency - the team went significantly out of their way after hours, at very short notice, to arrange a pick-up and alteration and ensure I had a waistcoat that fit me perfectly on the day.  Can't thank you enough for this and for the overall service we received - will definitely be back.  100% recommend this family business!

   Cheap Bow Ties + No insurance - Don’t Recommend This was before pandemic… so old news. I had hired a suit that legitimately, with natural use, the bow tie broke off its clip when taking off. Returning the suit, an awkward conversation of additional payment was discussed. They **absolutely refused** the notion of it breaking because of its cheap bulk buy quality. If you’re really into details, I’d always ask where they get their clothing items from and at what numbers? This should give an idea on quality. For the price that they offer for hires, you can get much better quality feeling clothing at the same cost. Maybe it’s because they’re in Belfast? I’m not so sure. I simply chose them since it was near my student house at the time. I *think* they charged me an extra £6… for a bow tie lol. I had inquired about insurance, in case I ripped or stained a short etc… but they said “it should be fine”. That really means they don’t offer it. Kinda unprofessional. If I had ordered a regular tie this definitely wouldn’t have happened, but to not offer insurance is unusual.

   I purchased 3 Bugatti Jackets from Ludlow’s and the service was outstanding all the way from initial order until pick up of the jackets. Most of the correspondence was via e-mail and they kept me updated on the status of the order. Quality customer service and I was really impressed by jackets, so much so I have just placed another order.
