   I popped in to Courure 24 as i was in need of some coat hangers for trousers shorts etc. The young woman i asked who's name was Emma went and got me a handful of hangers and wouldn't except anything for them. Emma i later found out is the proprietors daughter , Helen and i've got to know them very well over the last few months. The shop is very well laid out and is always well stocked as i have been popping in quite a lot.You are always made to feel welcome and the shop as a really nice friendly feeling. It's credit to both Helen and Emma that the shop as such a good following with customers.Kind regards Robert Naylor

   I’m really disappointed with how me and my mum have been treated on our last two visits to this boutique. After my mum spent around £300 here previously, we returned last year and were told by the owner that she couldn’t serve my mum as she was doing a Facebook live. We decided to let that go and give the shop another chance. On our most recent visit, my mum had her tiny dog under her arm and was told no dogs were allowed — which she completely understood and left without any issue. However, as I stayed to browse, the owner’s daughter made unnecessary comments in front of another customer about my mum “not looking happy.” It was unprofessional and honestly quite rude. It’s disappointing, especially after we’ve supported this business and spent a good amount of money there in the past. Unfortunately, after these experiences, we won’t be returning.

   Very disappointed with the level of customer service when I had an issue regarding faulty workmanship. An item I bought came adrift from the overlocking after one wearing at home for a few hours and one wash in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle. I was told I could have caught it. I didn’t, and if I had it would have ripped, or caused a hole….it hasn’t! How a business handles a issue like this speaks volumes about their integrity! I cannot recommend this quality of workmanship or after sales to anyone!

   Just a polite note to make shoppers aware. If you buy an item of clothing , for example as a present, then this shop does not exchange. I was disappointed to find, after I have made a call to the shop today, that I cannot exchange an item that does not fit. I note, from speaking to the shop, that there is a sign up but I wasn't told that / directed to this at purchase. I appreciate that this is a small shop but it's normal practice for clothes retailers to offer an exchange, if not a refund (I haven't asked for refund). Friendly lady in the shop on Saturday and some quite nice items of clothing but won't, unfortunately, buy from here again and will recommend friends + family don't get caught out with this, as quite an expensive item of clothing cannot now be worn.
