Best shop EVER. No longer need to mess about sending returns back online. Just drop it in the drop box. No more DAFT STUPID waiting weeks for refund moneys. Return and shop again. And great website. The crappy websites out there are DART STUPID and there need to catch up with next website so it’s easy to shop. That’s all I have to say.
Great quality clothes, they even sell furniture and there is a costa coffee shop above. Staff are always helpful and friendly no matter what Next store you go in.
This is a huge Next shop that combines both the Next clothing shop and the home shop. In the clothing section there is a large selection of clothing available for men and women, boys and girls of all ages. The home store has a large selection of house hold items that include seating, lighting, bedding and much more. This is a pleasant shop with lots of unique items which can only be found in Next stores.
I visited this store Friday last week to buy furniture, two areas in the bedroom department were sealed off as a guy was working on the displays, on a busy Friday afternoon?! I was in the lounge furniture area for 45 minutes and did not see one staff member to help, I walked through the entire ground floor including the children’s department & saw only 1 member of staff who told me she was busy placing an order. I gave up on buying furniture. I decided to buy 1 small item from the home department, people were queuing, no staff to serve us, I returned to the one member of staff who was busy who informed me she was still busy and would have to go upstairs to find someone to help, 10 minutes later someone came to us, many people left their items and walked out. I intended on buying numerous items of furniture, this was a very disappointing visit, NEXT at Sheffield is a much better showroom and well staffed.
Hmmm usually would get a five BUT. Lovely big store, lots of choice but far few staff. No one at the 4 tills in mens and had a long wait to someone eventually arrived. Wanted then to order some furniture. One floor Walker and they were taken up. Gave up in the end. You would think of all days (Saturday) the store would be staffed appropriately.
I've been to Next in Giltbrook this morning for the boxing day sale. I found some incredible deals, however I went to the restrooms and was advised to leave the bag to the side, within minutes of returning one the staff members was placing all my chosen clothes back on shelves and due to how busy the store was, majority of my chosen clothes had been repicked by other customers. Very frustrated!
Lovely clothing but not a nice experience in the children's department. Every time I have been in to buy clothes for my son the cashier seems to have her personal friends in and spends ages ignoring customers talking to them about personal exploits. When you eventually get served the cashier talks past you to her friends, doesn't offer the coat hangers or asks if you want a bag. She just takes enough time out of personal conversations to give you the price. Awful service but the staff are lovely in all other departments.

A nice, clean and tidy Next shop with a small Costa upstairs. There is clothing for the whole family at good prices with real quality. It is part of a large shopping outlet park including an Ikea and Decathlon. Large free carpark and the toilets are in Decathlon, Ikea and Starbucks
