This has been my dentist for 30 odd years. I now travel back to Walsall specifically for the dentist as they take such good care of my teeth. This visit I had Kiran (my dentist) and Sammy (dental nurse) who were thorough and helpful with suggestions and advice as usual. It was my first appointment with Adi (dental hygienist) and Olivia (dental nurse) and they are also excellent - advising me on my brush routine and avoiding mouthwash. Really helpful with advice and great bedside manners. I also had a very warm welcome from India who was on reception today but previously I have had as a dental nurse but who takes the time to chat- really can't recommend this surgery enough.
Don't waste your time or money with this dental surgery. It goes to show how corrupt this surgery is when they attempt to have legitimate reviews removed. I have been a loyal customer to Springhill for years and was part of the Denplan insurance *scam* scheme. Since the previous dentist left, this surgery has gone seriously downhill. Rude receptionists, constant cancellation of appointments (one of which was because the dentist decided to go on holiday even though these appointments are booked around 6 months in advance), and a genuine lack of customer care for patients. The new dentist stated that I required a root canal for my tooth on my last visit. The dentist then stated that this required a complex root canal treatment. Conveniently, this is not covered by Denplan. How does a tooth suddenly need a root canal treatment? Why wasn't this picked up earlier? Unfortunately the surgery decided to wash their hands of me and basically said it was my problem which was going to cost me £1000. So the question I have to ask is what have I actually been paying Springhill dental practice? Because right now it seems like you have happily took my money whilst constantly cancelling my appointments, ignoring my emails and providing a service only Karen's diner would be proud of. Seriously, avoid this place if you want to be looked after as a customer.
Since my previous dentist left Springhill and the new team came in I have always had a good experience at the practise. The staff are friendly and my dentist and the hygienists are very helpful and informative. I recently recommended Springhill dental practice to a friend of mine and I believe she is now a patient of yours.

I have excellent treatment at this practice. My dentist Poli is very professional, with a pleasant manner that puts patients at ease. The reception staff and nurses are friendly and welcoming.
After 12 years of not seeing a dentist I have finally decided to get some courage and book an appointment with Springhill. I had a warmly welcome and I was reassured that I would be fine. I was on verge of fainting! This was the most positive experience of going to a dentist in my life. Poli is just wonderful, kind and very gentle. I could not feel any injections neither I experienced any discomfort during the treatment. I was amazed how relaxed and reassured I was. Amazing dentist. Truly amazing. I am now in process of getting my boyfriend to go :) Absolutely fantastic service and Id recommend Springhill to those who are even more mortified than I was :) Well done !
