Ethan helped me to find my first suit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain many details about a good fit to me. The adjustments he asked for on the trousers were done well and they fit perfectly now.
Popped in today with a somewhat last minute requirement for a suit. Was greeted by Shaun (true gent) who had a chat with me to gauge my requirements and what my personal taste was, brought forward an absolute winner of a first option, and after a more trying on, found a perfect 3 piece. Shaun passed me onto Fiona, who helped pick out a supporting shirt, tie and pocket square. All in all a truly spot on experience, I’ll be back again soon for another.
Absolutely thrilled. Went in for a super last minute shop and came out with a perfect suit (3 piece cheaper than some jackets I’ve seen!). The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. 5 minutes after walking in I’d been measured up and shown a lovely option which I ended up going for. The fit and the cut of the suit feels fantastic and far beyond the price. Got help choosing a tie and pocket square too. After browsing other shops and stressing out, quickly realised I should’ve come here from the start. Highly recommended. Thanks!
I recently visited a suit shop on Monday, 4th August 2025. The store had an impressive selection of high-quality, high-end suits that were reasonably priced. However, despite the excellence of the products, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of one staff member. It’s worth noting that it was only this one individual who ruined what could have been a great shopping experience. Due to this encounter, I chose to leave the store without making a purchase. I later went to another establishment where the customer service was far superior and ultimately bought my suit there. It’s disappointing when such promising businesses are let down by the conduct of a single employee.
Got recommended here for a wedding suit. Didn’t disappoint with a huge thank you going to Sean who was amazing. The man just sizes you up and brings out the perfect suit. So glad I went here, I’ll be back for their range of regular clothes as well as it’s not just suits they sell
Cannot recommend Slaters enough, myself and teenage son went to purchase a full suit for his Dads funeral which was immensely hard as you can imagine, despite being incredibly busy Charlotte made us feel like her only customers, she was just honestly fabulous, so caring, thoughtful and without doubt went above and beyond, she picked a suit perfect for my son taking consideration for his age and how he would want to look. It was an emotional shopping trip and she showed so much compassion and empathy. We purchased everything she had suggested so perfectly and my son loves his suit. Thank you once again Charlotte for making an incredibly hard trip so easy and stress free, you’re wonderful!

I’m old enough to remember back when mens tailor shops gave a very professional and personal service. Turns out though that the good old days are still here! Initially sourcing a blazer at short notice for a remembrance ceremony the staff were excellent. The mark of a really good business though is how they react if everything doesn’t go to plan. A small fault was found on the garment once home but on returning it the staff again were excellent and the issue was sorted without quibble. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. The manager, Dan, was so helpful in getting 7 of us the right suit that fit nicely. As well as that there were a few time we needed to change the size of something in a short timeframe before the wedding; and Dan made it happen for us. The suits were great quality and didn't cost the earth either. Great place
