   I took my dad to the cafe and waited in the queue for over 30mins to be served Then to be asked 3 times what drinks I would like. Not in a rush to go back. Expedited better. The food we had was nice.

   The store manager was completely rude! Me and my partner were looking for Leon pieces for the kitchen, but due to the heat and obviously wearing face masks during the pandemic we needed a drink but didn't want to take our off masks to quench our thirst in the middle of the store so we went to a quite part where there wasn't any customers so we could have a drink where no one would feel uncomfortable during these hard times and a manager came over obviously saw us having a drink but still interrogated us then made a snide remark as if we were petty criminals telling us that we better not be putting anything in our bags so obviously me and my partner left because we felt so uncomfortable by these rude unwarranted actions.

   Good quality and selection to suit many tastes. A little on the expensive side but has the quality to match. Men's sizes tend to be a little more generous than the women's. Both myself and wife find the jackets very well tailored. Men's up to 44 but women's only to 14

   Several weeks ago we ordered a large fridge freezer from John Lewis, we were served by Martin, who was extremely knowledgeable on the product. It was not a stock order and as we were ordering it on a Sunday, Martin was not able to tell me when it could be delivered. He promised that he would call the company the next day and then let me know approximately how long it would be, before it was ready for delivery, direct from Fisher Paykel. During the time we were waiting for the delivery I rang Martin and asked him several questions about installation and size of the cabinet trying to judge whether we would get it through our front door. Every time he said he would do something he always delivered, he went the extra mile putting my mind at rest. He made several calls to me keeping me updated. I have been a customer of John Lewis for many years and have always received excellent service, however I feel that Martin went above and beyond. He is a great ambassador for John Lewis, thank you Martin for all for care and consideration The Fridge freezer was delivered today and Fisher Paykel staff also behaved in a manner that their company should be proud of. The cabinet would not go through our door complete, which meant that they had to take the doors off to get it into the house. This was done with the minimum fuss and they left us with a fully operating fridge freezer, also taking away the packaging. The whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic, thanks to both companies your staff certainly delivered excellent customer service.
