Very lovely customer service from all staff especially Rish. I'm not a suit person but they help me fell comfortable and gave me lost of choice and worked a lovely deal for me.
Bought a pair of shorts from this store. Purchased wrong size originally. Found out I’m bigger in that department than I realised. Had to return them for a larger size. Staff were extremely helpful and helped me to find the right size with minimal fuss. Would recommend and return in future.
I had a very positive experience buying my wedding suit here at the their formalwear store. As someone who doesn't wear suits at all and someone who has absolutely no idea where to begin with, the guy here was very helpful and friendly. He made the whole process of selecting my suit very relaxing and guided me through different aspects to lookout for in a suit. Would totally shop here and recommend this place.

Very friendly staff and amazing customer service, they can't do enough for you, one of the staff tried on a jacket that I was buying for my son as a present, this abled me to judge whether it would fit him or not, bought lots of items from there for my son and husband, would definitely recommend :D

Took a coat back for exchange as it was to small at the broadmarsh store. They couldn't change it so sent us to Victoria centre store and we got a great deal. Brilliant store friendly staff.
I wouldn't even give this one start bur there is no option for that. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I bought a coat which i went to take back as the threads were pulled everywhere after a day of light use. When taking it back i was told they could do nothing as i hadn't got the receipt. I politely told them i can bring up my online banking and prove i made a transaction in this store. This was not good enough for them. I asked if i could could swap it with one on the shelf the staff member must have misunderstood as I was told "You can try it but i will take you out the back for a kick in" as the staff member was removing this coat. I believe he was going to assault me. I let the INTU staff know who were very helpful and supportive. I was given advice to ring 101 and report this to the Police. Never have i taken something back and been threatened with violence. Make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave this shop or better still avoid it as they clearly do not support you when returning items.
