Unsure of her name but the one of the girls was super friendly and helpful and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans! I had to rush off but couldn’t thank her enough!
Great retail experience here. I was greeted by staff who were knowledgeable about the clothes, how they would fit and wear in. They were very helpful to find the right sizes, happy to help with different styles and colours. My only criticism would be of the store and not the staff, that a heavy student discount is clearly advertised, which makes you feel that everyone else is paying over the odds.
Popped into the store yesterday just to brose. Ended up falling in love with a jumpsuit after trying it on. However need to shout out to the staff,every single one of them was Amazing. Didn't get the the guys name who directly helped me. He not only took up my jumpsuit he also advised me on my next style of jeans, I've been struggling to find a fit for my new trainers. Fantastic customer service
The location of the store is great, as it's right in Victoria Centre. There is a reasonable selection of items (footwear) although there isn't really much or significant variety amongst them. I got a pair of jeans here. So far, the quality seems nice. However, this is a VERY expensive store, so be ready for that. Additionally, many cloth sizes are unavailable, which is quite frustrating. The store attendants constantly follow you around the store, which can be quite bothering if you just want to browse or shop without much conversation
Typical Levi's shop, bit expensive but great jeans. The staff are the 5star bonus. Very nice and helpful.
Really impressed with my visit here today. Lovely helpful staff who gave lots of useful information and advice on my purchases. They were honest on the sizing and made good product suggestions

Visited 09/09 to finally get myself some new jeans. Incredibly impressed with the service, friendly and knowledgable. Didn't get the guys name but this might help (698283). If only every retail experience was this good. Give this man a raise!
Had a great experience at this store! Tried a load of jeans on and the assistant Olivia was very helpful about fits, colours and availability. Nick the manager processed my purchase and was very helpful with our NHS discount and information about future adjustments if needed. I had been before and not purchased anything and they were equally as passionate and helpful.
