   Great experience at this dental practice. I struggled to find a local dentist to see me with a dental emergency, but this practice made me a prompt appointment. The staff are wonderful and the dentist herself is very friendly and puts you at ease in what can be a highly stressful situation at times. So happy I found this practice. Would definitely recommend.

   I can not rate this dental surgery any higher! From the absolute amazing customer service from the reception staff to the professionalism and kind and caring treatment from the dentist and nurse (Priyanka and Julie). I am a very nervous patient and they always go out of their way to make me feel at ease. Explaining every step of the process, being very gentle and not rushing. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

   Excellent welcoming from all staff. Always put at ease. Not normally a pleasant visit to the Dentist but one here is against expectations. They are friendly as well as being fully professional. It is then a pleasure to visit even when work has to be done. Today was our first seeing this new arrived Dentist at the practice. She was very good. Made sure I was comfortable and ensured my teeth were doing fine. Can only highly recommend this Dentist practice in Sedgley, and you can tell how satisfied we are as we travel from nearby Wolverhampton.

   Professional and friendly dentists. Receptionists are friendly, which is a surprise as most are dragons! Downsides-not open Saturday or Sunday and close at 3pm on Fridays! Tricky to visit if you can’t get time off during the working week. Still a requirement to wear a face mask at the surgery, which seems unnecessary these days

   Today I had my third check up since March 2020.As usual I have been very impressed the thoroughness of Covid measures in place, the friendliness and politeness of all staff. All are doing their utmost to keep patients and staff safe. What an excellent service is provided, that is why I have been a patient for more than thirty years. Grateful thanks to Priyanka and each member of staff for their high standard of professional conduct. Well done.

   Excellent Dentists my previous dentist was a tooth puller. This dentist is a tooth saver. I'm in my 60's and have moved about the country. This is the best dentist out of more than 8 I've had. Sedgley should count themselves fortunate they're there.

   Seriously, I wouldn't trust them with my dental care, the last time I was here they had dogs in the waiting room and it stunk, childish behind reception and the manager and receptionist arguing in front of all of us waiting, one customer had to intervene. The carpets were covered in dirt and the whole place looked run down and tatty. I was kept waiting for about an hour, the dentist kept being interrupted and had to go to help another dentist, he also took a phone call while I was in the chair. The dentist seemed to be rude and didn't apologise for the delay. I was completely shocked at how the whole practice is so unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.
