   First visit to this Practice in Gornal. Phoned Monday morning with a broken tooth, appointment Monday afternoon, tooth repaired Wednesday morning. Fantastic service by the team, painless, attention to detail, and skillfully undertaken. So pleased we the service and highly recommend.

   This has to be the worst dental practice. I’ve had 3 different appointments over a 3 month period cancelled because the dentist had called in sick. I’d most definitely not waste your time unless you want to be disappointed. The receptionist wasn’t helpful either despite wanting a reason as to why it had been cancelled so many times. I ended up signing up to a new dentist which was more reliable.

   Joke of a dentist, they only have one dentist who works one or two days a week. All the appointments are severely rushed too. I went in for a small filling and came out with half the filling done and the other half of the tooth still exposed which causes extreme sensitivity and it keeps cutting my tongue because it's Sharp. I'm now in more pain then I started with and they don't seem to care. All they want is me to pay more money to fix the poor job done by the dentist. Will be logging a complaint.

   This is a terrible dental practice, do not use them. The staff are friendly enough, but the Spanish lady dentist needs to go back to school. I had a filling done, which came out within a month and I had to go back a further 4 times for it to be re-done. It's come out again and now I'm going elsewhere for it to be fixed properly. I could just be unlucky with this experience, but 5 times for the same filling?! It's not like I have a penchant for toffee either, just normal eating!

   Fantastic staff went in pain with wisdom tooth. lady dentist whipped it out in no time didn't feel a thing. receptionist freindly and goes over and above to help

   Wouldn't even give one star......I booked in for a check up and was told my wisdom tooth was decaying and I needed it extracted. A week later I attended for the extraction not at anytime were options of pain relief or sedation offered and no words of explanation of the procedure were forth coming. After half an hour of them pulling and tugging at my tooth (and 3 needles later because I could feel pain still and hadn't been numbed enough) I asked what the problem was. They said "it's not coming out" they the true to get bigger plier like tools in my mouth which kept slipping off the tooth and catching my tongue. After a further 10 minutes I told them to stop!!!! They then asked why I wanted the tooth out!!!! I said it was because I was told it was decaying to which I received no answer. It was then explained that the tooth "was a little bit loose and will cause me pain" And that I needed to visit their Cradley Heath branch pay a further £53.00 to have it extracted. Needless to say I will not be returning. This is by far the worst dental experience I have ever come across. I have never had a fear of dentists before but thanks to the service and care I received here I will be wary for ever more.
