Recently moved dentist and I can honestly say the dentist (male that works front end of the week) is the best dentist I have ever had. Recently had a root canal. It was painless, moreover days after am I still pain free and that’s a miracle with my teeth. Thank you for your brilliant services Jason. I will see you all soon.
Registered here a few weeks ago after not having been to a dentist for many, many years. I am an extremely nervous patient and knew I needed a wisdom tooth removed. The dentist was really lovely and made me feel really at ease. I have had no problems getting an appointment or with them being cancelled.
IF I COULD GIVE A 0 star I would!! AVOID THIS PLACE. IF YOU GO THERE YOU WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORAL HYGIENE AND DENTAL HEALTH THAN YOU HAVE NOW. I got signed up there as an NHS patient. I went in with a bad tooth and they “sorted” it for me, thought it was okay but the filling pain lasted for more than a few days then it turned out to be 2 weeks, I got booked in for an appointment and the dentist said it’s normal.. no it’s not it’s not meant to hurt for that long, agonisingly painful! My tooth is now turning grey. My filling was also falling out when I was walking to the car around the back in the car park!! Apparently that’s normal. They don’t even answer the phone.. one day I called up 11 times, no answer. The next day a few hours before my appointment- nobody answered! I called the next day and someone miraculously answered. The dentist doesn’t want to see me anymore because I didn’t turn up to the “important” appointment.. even tho I tried to call 12 times in the space of 2 days for the appointment.. the way I got treated was disgusting!! No respect at all, all I had was moody receptionists with foul attitudes! Threw me off the dentist list as well because I didn’t turn up to 1 appointment, I had reasons but THEY DIDNT ANSWER! Ridiculous
Pushed my appointment back by 2 weeks and on the day of the new appointment, asked me to come in earlier than scheduled. When I said I couldn’t come in early, they agreed to keep the original time, only for me to show up and find the dentist shut for the night—evidently they had no intention of keeping the original appointment. Will book elsewhere.
Living in Manchester at the moment I can't get an NHS dentist but as I'm moving back to Walsall I decided to try down there and Pelsall Road Dentist took me on with no hassle. I've had alot of issues with my teeth over the years but the Pelsall Road Dentist has been brilliant with me. Took a few appointments to get what I needed done but all sorted now. Having a massive fear of needles I was put at ease each visit and can't thank them enough. Fantastic dentist, staff and overall service. Thanks again
Great experience at this dental practice, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, I've had a root canal treatment done by megha recently which I was very nervous about but was made to feel at ease and wasn't half as bad as I expected. Thanks again.
just been to see the new dentist Jason . He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do . Had a lengthy scale and polish . Teeth feel lovely . What a plesent man .
Im an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist. My first visit, I stood and cried for 10 minutes but the dentist waited and assured me throughout. I attended again to have an extraction and i felt at ease and got straight in the chair. Thank you to Lily on reception for being so kind and the dentist and dental nurse (dont know their names) for being patient with me and making me feel like the dentist isnt actually as bad as i thought.
Dentist was late to the appointment and didn't apologise for the delay (she'd been out jogging on her lunch and misjudged her time, I think). She was then judgemental and rude during the appointment. Considering this was my first appointment there, it was really disappointing. Won't be returning.
Brilliant Jason the dentist put me at ease, all other staff very friendly and accomodating I had not been to dentists in 30 years( intense phobia) and if hadnt of been for the overwhelming pain wouldnt have gone Was looked after
