Absolutely appalling customer service. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this shop! The judgmental, confidence-crushing comments made about customers’ weight are completely unacceptable. Your role should be to uplift, be inclusive, and help women feel confident and beautiful — not tear them down.
Called into the Wardrobe today looking for a mother of the groom outfit and was not disappointed. Heather and Lyn were fantastic. They have a great selection of outfits and were great at choosing suitable dresses and accessories. They had me dressed head to toe in no time would highly recommend thank you Lyn and Heather
Absolutely delighted with my experience today at The Wardrobe. My husband, friend Denise and myself made the trip North from Dublin to get a MIL outfit and I wasn't disappointed. Heather and her wonderful assistant Betty both made us feel very welcome and showed great patience as I tried on various outfits before finding me the one I wanted. They listened and responded to my requests and also gave some great suggestions. They picked out the perfect hat and jewellery to go with the outfit. I couldn't recommend this shop any higher. Perfect experience.
This was my second visit to The Wardrobe for a Mother of .. outfit.. I was superbly looked after by a very professional and knowledgeable assistant on the day, (sorry I didn’t get her name) Nothing was too much bother and I was made to feel very special. Heather was in the background giving her advice too.. This shop is definitely worth a visit for either casual or more formal attire and an appointment is not required.. Definitely recommend..
The staff are very helpful and take time to help you choose clothes for your body shape. Spring stock arriving I will be back when all boxes are unpacked

Beautiful place some gorgeous clothes for mother of the bride. The staff are fantastic with a lot of good advice. Loved being there and would go again. They are very pricey but worth it.
Recently bought my mother of the bride outfit from this store. I arrived without an appointment and was greeted by two lovely ladies, one of the ladies Nicola helped me choose my dress, she give me good advice on what suited me. Once I had chosen my dress Nicola then matched it with a beautiful hat and lovely jewellery. I would highly recommend The Wardrobe to any mother of the bride are groom who are looking for an outfit, as the staff are lovely and very helpful. I found it a very relaxed and streefree experience.
Went to this shop today and the staff were excellent and very helpful especially Alex, but i found that the owner was very condenscending towards me. Her comments were I need to know why dresses are not suitable AND If i had you i would take you to Debenhnams. Staff brilliant and very helpful but owner needs some training in customer care.
