   Fantastic shop, will say I wish there were more XL sizes as there's only ever s,m and large, they should order more stock of the bigger sizes.

   The ards branch used to be my go too for all clothing but I just went in to find all the high quality shirts not a single 3XL in sight, but the £2.50 plain shirts plenty of 3XL to go, i'll stick with the Belfast Branch from now, least I know they'll have my size in stock.

   HORRFIC Customer service. Myself, my sister and my mum all went to Primark in Ards to try and get something to wear to a funeral. This was at 8pm while the closing time is 9pm. We did a bit of shopping so by the time we got to the changing rooms it would have been around 8.20/8.30pm. There was NO sign stating the changing rooms were closed so my sister and I went in first while my mum waited with the bags and bits you can’t take in. When I finished I let mum go however by this point (8.40 latest) a customer advisor had arrived blocked my mums way in using her back, and lifted a sign from under the table and banged it on the desk. My mum responded ‘oh, are they closed’ and her reply was ‘you’re not allowed in’. Once we got to the till, the advisors were all talking about how there was a sign up, and it wasn’t their problem. To make things worse, the lovely little advisor who took for our items, didn’t look at us once, spoke to her chum the whole time and as we were packing said ‘’do you ever feel like punching someone’ to which at this point my mum was loosing her decorum replied, ‘yeah’. As we were then leaving another advisor then went to all the floor staff telling them about the ‘girls who went into the fitting room when it was closed.’ I spoke with a Manager Natalie who confirmed that even if they had a sign up, they can still be used and said she would be passing it on. Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever seen or had, which is a shame considering I am a primark lover!

   We had an awful experience in this Primark where my sister was accused of theft with absolutely zero evidence. She was told she had to prove she had paid for the boots she was wearing, however even after explaining she had bought them the week before and had no receipt with her, she was told she had to prove it. My mum ended up going all the way home to find the receipt, which luckily she had kept. During this half an hour wait, the staff had moved my sister to wait at the changing rooms entrance, where was crying and visibly upset and embarrassed that all the other customers could see what was going on. Even after the receipt was brought to them they took it even further and made her wait while they further checked it in the office. No sincere apologies were offered after this humiliating ordeal and my sister was left extremely distressed.

   Great place. I enjoy looking in here every so often. Their prices are actually pretty good aswell the quality of the clothing. However, the heat in there is ridiculous. But overall a great place, I highly recommend.

   Love Primark, especially the new sizing changes and the store designs. And seasonal clothing and decor are awesome. Plus my local store (Newtownards NI) has an awesome social media team (really they should get a major pay rise lol), so I always see the new product lines as soon as they're available!

   The item I was looking for wasn't in stock. The store is big enough with a variety of clothes. The only negative would be that the clothes always look like they are never tidy.

   Pretty well laid out store and has pretty much every bit of clothing you could need. Got jeans and they are very comfortable and seem good quality. Prices are great
