   Not hugely impressed. At 0925 this morning in the children's dept. My partner went to the children's counter and had to wait to be served even though there were 3 members of staff at the counter. Then my partner did not purchase items as they were not clearly priced on the shelf so that at the checkout the price was unexpected and, of course, higher. Most unfortunate as up to that point I had been impressed by the range and quality of items.

   Pleasant store with reasonably well priced clothes. There is always a queue to pay and never enough staff on tills hence average rating. Update mid Nov 22. Better service at tills since my last comment. Queueing down to a minute or so - thank you and keep this level going please!
