Misleading promo of £50 credit for returning customers! Beware if you’re being lured back to using Chapar and they offer you £50 credit for your first box. What they fail to mention is that you need to spend £200 min to be eligible for the £50 and there are also other charges you will be liable for. I only found this out after asking the sales rep multiple questions and then all the hidden criteria came out. It’s obvious to say I didn’t go back to Chapar and I wouldn’t go back ever again!

DO NOT USE. My credit card was charged 2 times on my first ever trunk and I was NOT issued any refund. I since went to stitch fix and the service is much better. Would highly recommend!!!

I have been using The Chapar for a few years now and would highly recommend to anyone who (like me) doesn't particularly enjoy clothes shopping and trying things on in stores. The service is excellent and very easy to use, the clothes are delivered to your door, you try them on at home, they'll collect from you again a few days later and you only pay for what you keep.
They have a good range of recognised brands and in my experience the prices are the same so it's almost like a free service with no additional cost to the Customer. I've also found that the more you put in with regards to feedback, the more you get out of it as their team of stylists will adjust their selections to your preferences and will take into consideration previous purchases to help build a range of interchangeable outfits as you expand your wardrobe. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My main point of contact throughout has been a young lady called Fran who I found to be extremely engaging, friendly and helpful when it came to discussing styles and preferences and I can tell that she puts a lot of time and effort into her customers to offer a tailored service that feels personal. All in all I have found the experience to be enjoyable, convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommend.

Charged me for two items of clothing that went missing between leaving my house and arriving at the warehouse. The tape around the box was different to what i put on there. Response was "seems strange as never happened before". No effort to resolve the issue. Poor service and definitely avoid. They also made an error in my last trunk where I was over charged for items I never received. Was a pain to sort.

Received my trunk on Wednesday tried the clothes on, to be fair they were nice but didn't fit. Decided I didn't want to keep any so packed it all back in and have sent 3 emails so far and left numerous messages on the number provided. As yet nobody has come back to me and I'm getting emails reminding me my time is nearly up to return. LOL

I just got my first trunk with them and I loved it. I kept about half of the products and sent the rest back. They delivered to my house in Dublin, and picked it up from my office, so it was really easy. I don't like clothes shopping and I wasn't looking forward to having to go through the interview process at the start to get set up (they need sizes and an idea of your style), but stylist who dealt with me, Veronica, was great and very easy going. Despite my ignorance, she manage to get all my sizes perfect and sent some really great choices in the pack. Well worth it!
