I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I went in and the girls (especially Lynne the manager) were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I have always loved shopping here for my son and buying gifts for friends. I would definitely recommend shopping here for the perfect gift.
The sort of customer service that makes you hanker for the good old days when you bought online. Staff however do do an Olivier Award winning impression of deliberate charmlessness.
Awful place to shop. I went in to get a gift for a friend who’s just had a baby girl. The staff were so rude and the one person who did try to help me was immediately called away by another woman behind the counter who made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted I had to leave without purchasing anything
Lovely items, but poor customer service. The staff were too busy talking amongst themselves around the counter to offer help and made the whole experience very unfriendly.
Was in a few days ago and queried the price of an item as I thought it was on sale online. The girl who served me was very rude, her attitude changed as soon as I asked that. Will never step foot in the lisburn rd store again, mamas and papas all the way!
All clothes lovely. The girl that served me should certainly not be dealing with customers. She was rude and patronising It's a pity because it's nice to see the items before you purchase. Definitely online for me in future.

Staff member very unfriendly. Shop badly stocked, seemed to be missing lots of sizes in different items. I think jojo m needs to look into their policy regarding no tissue paper unless your buying a gift box. Pouring with rain outside and the shop assistant can’t give you a piece of tissue paper. This is my second bad experience in the shop.
