I can't say enough about the fabulous service from the ladies in the Lisburn store, they have been incredible. We made some big purchases but didn't get up to the store to collect and everything was delivered quickly. The after sale service is phenomenal, we needed some help with the car seat base and they sent over videos of how to via WhatsApp and really went above and beyond to make sure we got sorted out, really amazing service!!!
I dont normally leave reviews but the service and aftercare from Eclipse Lisburn has been absolutely amazing. We bought our travel system from them in 2021 and unfortunately part of it broke this year. Nothing was a problem for everyone at Eclipse and they happily arranged a replacement with the manufacturer as quickly as they could and kept me updated along the way. I got the replacement part delivered to my door. No dramas. Problem fixed. Thank you so much for all of your help. I highly recommend this store for all of your baby equipment.

Ordered a full bundle from Eclipse in Lisburn. From the start in the shop the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Having done a lot of research online the Uppababy bundle was the best value I could find between other stores and online. Later down the line I called to make a few changes re colours etc and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I’m honestly so impressed with the service we’ve received. Thanks again!
Excellent..... Drove 2.5 hours to get here, great value, service and advice. Staff were great even with our toddler who wanted to wonder around the shop. I would definelty recommend Eclipse Nursery Store. We wanted to use the buggy straight away and the lady (apologies I can't remember her name) even help us put it together and took the box. We will definitely be back for any future needs.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Lisa was extremely knowledgable and professional. What could have been a daunting process was made effortless. Our items were in stock and available to collect, assembled by the fantastic staff. Would highly recommend.
