   BIB is situated within another building. The unit that houses the salon is a small space that splits one larger room in two with a curtain partition. Behind the curtain to the rear of the room is where the treatments are provided, it is neat and tidy with minimalistic decor which helps to concentrate on the products being offered. There are various poses of support equipment/ seats/ benches to accommodate the specific treatment. The front half of the unit is narrow, there is a sofa against one wall and a small area for payment & paperwork to be completed, when I visited there was a male staff member here using the computer & a trainee provider of sorts was sat in the area waiting for clients. Good value for money (used a Groupon for some off too). The small space can make it difficult to really relax into a treatment as the other colleagues can be heard talking through the partition even with the soothing music playing, but overall a nice experience. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. (Possibly not great for people who want slightly more privacy).

   I went today for pedicure, full body massage, indian head massage and facial and what can I say absolutely amazing service from start to finish of my treatments by both Tracey and Jess. I feel sooo relaxed and currently stress free. They made me feel so welcome and friendly service. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much x

   I travel 46 miles to my appointment, when I arrive I was told that they are 45 minute behind! When in actual fact it was an hour! I went for a massage and ended up leaving there more stressed than I went in. To prevent this all it took was a courtesy call or text! They don't value their customers. I actually witness a client having her eyelashes done in the dark! Only one light in the premises can be used at one time. There willing to put their customers at risk for money. Buyer beware, you have been warned. This is the second time I'm writing this review if you remove this I will rewrite it again. People have a right to hear other peoples experience of facilities!
