   Sandra is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever visited. The transformation was truly outstanding – she put her whole heart and passion into her work. Sandra pays attention to every detail and makes you feel completely cared for. With coffee, chocolate, cookies, and a warm atmosphere, the whole experience was a real treat. Highly recommended! ❤️✂️

   I had the best time in here today. I was already really anxious and timid about going to a new place, as I haven’t had the best experiences with salons, but staff were really friendly and professional. Marie was fantastic! She helped explain things about hair in general, not just my own, that I didn’t quite understand before. The loyalty rewards system is an excellent incentive also. I left feeling fabulous and my confidence has taken quite the boost. I was walking round town with a spring in my step after this. I’ll be visiting here again! Thank you so much!

   Had a wonderful experience today with Sophie, she took on board everything that I requested for my hair cut, she has made my hair look beautiful. She was gentle during the hair washing and asked me about some of the products she used. When going back to the chair she was gentle when combing my hair and when blow drying my hair. I can’t fault the cut and she has styled my hair with beautiful waves. Thank you so much I will be back!

   I used to avoid the hairdressers as I found it so stressful and hated small talk, but find that Zak’s has always been a friendly and relaxing experience. I have been seeing Molly for my appointments and she not only manages to understand what I want but executes it perfectly. She is so talented and all the staff regularly undertake training to stay ahead of trends and best cuts etc Plus she remembers little details about me from our conversations which shows she’s really listening. Lovely salon, lovely staff highly recommend

   Wow! Ellis is very talented, and having met her for the first time I got on with her amazingly. She really went out of her way to make me feel special, attend to my long hair needs, consulting me each step of the way. The experience was so wonderful and Ellis has genuinely inspired me to train to become a hairdresser. I explained that I'm trying to grow my hair out and so wanted as little off as possible, and Ellis really listened. A fabulous personality, trustworthy service and honestly this was the best salon experience I've ever had. Additionally, I asked if my hair could be Dutch braided at the end and I was really pleased with how Ellis did with my layered hair. Thank you so much :)
