    DO NOT USE THIS SALON, worst experience I have ever had a 'hairdressers'. Last saturday I asked for a simple fringe trim, left with a fringe half way up my forehead, he also took two chunks out of my eyebrow and used thinning scissors without permission down the sides of my hair. Called when they re opened on tuesday to complain about my eyebrow as I had not seen this until I got home (as I was so distressed about my fringe) and the owner was defensive and rude, saying it's unfair for her to be penalised for someone else's mistake. She is the owner of the business and employed the person who did this so she is just as much at fault! Refused to compensate me even though I now need to go and get my eyebrows professionally fixed as I am missing chunks of hair. Please literally go to any other salon, they are rude and will RUIN your hair
