Customer service wasn't very nice, staff were very sarcastic while answering the queries related to products and she also involved her another colleague smile& laugh at her own reply. Disappointing customer service. It was 45 mins left to close shop so we have not been treated like as we suppose to..
Shoe zones should really work on customer service and staff communication at Bulwell store.

I visited Shoe Zone, Nottingham yesterday and was excited about the Buy One Get One Free offer they had advertised. The store was practically empty when I walked in, and two staff members were just chatting amongst themselves.
To break the ice and start a conversation, I simply asked, "Hi, is the buy one get one offer still available?" Instead of a friendly response, I was met with a rude and unnecessary reply from one of the staff members:
"YES, that's why we have the ads all over, and if it wasn’t the case, we would have taken them down."
Excuse me?? A simple "Yes, it is, let me know if you need help!" would have been enough. I wasn’t questioning your signage—I was just trying to engage in conversation and get a good customer service experience.
To make matters worse, as I was picking up a shoe, I unknowingly chose one that wasn’t part of the offer. It was only then that the other staff member told me "That’s not on the offer." Wouldn’t it have been more helpful to mention that when I first asked about the promotion? Instead, I felt like I had to tiptoe around my questions to avoid another rude response.
In the end, I still purchased the shoe—it’s great quality, no complaints there—but the customer service was disappointing and put a damper on the entire experience. Shoe Zone, if you don’t train your staff on basic courtesy and customer service, you’re going to lose more customers.
Would I shop here again? No, and I declined the £5 voucher on my next purchase.
