   Booked online paid in full Booked online paid in full. On the day of my appointment my son had an accident so I was in A&E. I contacted the salon the next day and they told me I have lost my money as didn't turn up to the appointment. This was after I explained what happend with my son. After I complained I was advised the stylist had agreed to refund me £17 - I told them to keep it and I wont be using you again. No compassion just money hungry

   Had a great experience at the salon! Charlene gave me a lovely haircut and a helpful consultation — very professional and talented. I’m really happy with the results. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

   The minute I come to the salon I am always greeted with a lot of love and care! I ALWAYS enjoy coming into the salon for a bit of me time! I feel so relaxed and calm! Plus I always enjoy my chats with Leanne :) always nice having a catch up! I am so glad I come here! Everyone is just so lovely! Leanne always listens to what I want and also gives her advice for any hair care aswell that I can do at home :) thank you so much everyone for always making it such an enjoyable experience :)

   Brilliant staff and Helen is always spot on with what I want to have done colour and cut wise, Sophie always gives the best head massage when washing my hair and blow dries my hair beautifully straight or wavy. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.Sophie is very attentive and listens to how I would like my hair. She always makes me so comfortable and fits me in when she can as I work shifts

   I had a fantastic experience today, Helen was amazing, I decided to take the plunge and go darker, Helen advised me on a couple of options. Her product and colour knowledge is excellent, she always knows what will be best for my hair, I was delighted with the results and my hair looks and feels great. I love coming to have my hair done. I come away feeling truly spoilt and all the staff are so friendly.
