   Bought Northern Ireland away football shorts online from JD Sports. Received them through delivery and didn’t really like the colour. So went down to Lisburn store, with the shorts and it’s invoice, the staff were excellent. Exchanged for the home shorts without any hassle. Other than that. It’s grrreat!

   For such a large place I couldn't find anyone to help or advise me. When I finally did find someone she was great, lovely wee lassie and got me what I wanted. The staff were nice and efficient but store needs more of them.

   I was in today to get shoes for my wee boy unfortunately they weren't in stock and the right ones weren't coming up on the system but the staff made sure I was able to get the right ones and able to pick up in my local store on monday! A massive mention to the manager (I didn't her name but she had short dark hair) she talked the whole time I was waiting whilst 2 people went on a hunt for the shoes lol, Staff were so friendly and patient whilst trying to find the right ones. Something today just stood out and made me want to recommend the staff! Well done! It's not often I leave a shop wanting to leave a review! I do hope the staff see this too!

   Very clean and tidy store. The staff are very helpful but you usually have to find them for assistance. A standard variety of clothes and trainers. All women's trainers that are advertised as sale items are labelled in sizes 3 to 5.5 but there is only ever size 5 available and the store doesn't even do half sizes.
