   After trying several stores for trainers I came into your shop and was greeted immediately by your team they said hello anything you need just ask and then I was left to browse until I found what I wanted at £60 cheaper than footlocker too in the correct size aswel and I was happy with the service and happy that they smiled and chatted with me an absolute credit to your team they were brilliant thanks couldn’t of been more helpful

   Just wanted to share a bit of feedback about one of the staff member working in the back on April 18th around 12pm. She didn’t seem all that keen on helping with customer questions, and honestly, it felt like she wasn’t too happy to be there. It was pretty noticeable. Of course, everyone has off days but a little more warmth and willingness to help would really go a long way. Good customer service can make such a big difference.

   Had a problem with a pair of trainers I purchased online a few months back. I emailed customer service who advised I either send them back or take them into a store to be assessed. I opted for the latter and as Nottingham is my nearest store I went here. The lady who served me took a look and straight away offered to exchange them, no issues whatsoever. They didn’t have the same colour in my size, so offered to order them or let me choose a different pair. Great service

   So I bought size 9.5. Turns out I needed a size 10. Jobsworth wouldn’t exchange brand new unworn with receipt. Because I didn’t have the box! Amazon! Who needs the high street

   Shops OK but there's nothing to set it apart from other trainer shops, they sell all the latest trainers and have the occasional limited editions, which sell out immediately, all in all not a bad shop and got quite a range of stock,prices are competitive.

   Good selection of trainers and trainer cleaning kits etc. Most staff are well clued up on new trainer releases which is why I like Size? over some other footwear shops in town. Always friendly in there which is nice and the décor is typical Size? style which I like.
