Male staff very rude and no co operating with customers they pretending like they own this company Firstime very disapoint from sketchers

We visited this store just before it closed on Sunday 5th January and we found wide fitting shoes for my husband in this store, when he struggled to find any shoes that fit his problem feet. The young shopping assistant (sorry, forgot his name) was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional, nothing was too much for him, even when my husband tried possibly 20 different pairs, nothing was too much for this young man. An exemplary service indeed, especially nowadays when most shop assistants are miserable and seem to be hating their jobs. Well, you won't get that in this store! We ended up buying not just one pair, but two and we also got a further 30% discount on them. This will be a first choice footwear store for us in the future and we have already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you!
Aisles too narrow. Ladders in the way of people. Can’t get anywhere near to where you want to be. This has happened on numerous occasions. I have a simple solution to this. I walk out. It’s not a pleasant experience.
Purchased a pair of black shoes, lasted one day and the sole started coming away. Such poor quality. I honestly believe supermarket shoes would be better quality! Skechers didn't want to know when with a receipt dated the day before.

Called today because I needed boots a size larger than normal due to toe surgery.A lovely man gave advice on sizes and fetch me several pairs from the back,very helpful and patient,I got just what I wanted ,well done ,loved the service,
They don't have all sizes in enough quantity and also i like a pair of shoes that were defective, it was the last pair they have. They are cheap (UpTo 30%) but not much variety and sizes
