I have visited this shop numerous times and the staff have 'never' said 'good morning' or 'good afternoon', smiled, or asked if I needed assistance? It is a small shop and today I was only customer in the shop and still both members of staff at the desk ignored me. It is a friendly town but this shop stands out fo the wrong reasons and this is a shame.
Without doubt the worse service I've ever had in a Crew shop unhelpful miserable with NO manners the staff need replacing ,i'm off to Totnes or Dartmouth next time
This is one of my favourite shops in Tavistock. The quality of the clothes is amazing. All the staff in the Tavistock branch are always so helpful and friendly, not only to me but they always give my dog a treat too, its also one one his favourite shops. Thank you all for helping me pick my wardrobe when I go in. I look forward to coming in and seeing you all soon.
Just visited to buy some clothes. I thought the prices were high considering I’d seen them online cheaper. I checked again whilst in store, one item was £15 more in the shop than on their website. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she look absolutely pi$$ed off, didn’t apologise and asked for my card to make a payment. RUDE
