Terrible customer service from Liam. I don't care for how he spoke to me. I came to collect a parcel and he was quite rude in asking my post code. Then I decided to purchase some socks, I tried talking to him and he just cut me off. I love chatting to people in shops. Not really the right way to treat customers. He seems new but that doesn't mean you can't be polite.
Just back from sorting my Best Man's suit for my wedding. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Suit was perfect and exceptionally good value.
This is a large Next store within Drake Circus Shopping Centre. We usually manage to grab a bargain or two from here in the sale and they do seem to have more stock and variety than the Exeter branches, with a lot more homewares/bric a brac. Sadly they no longer do Hotel Chocolat as they always had a large stock of this after Christmas at around 70% off.
While Next is more expensive that it used to be, the clothing here is at a high quality. Its a large store with a Home area
My Mum told me to say Charlie was brilliant at his job, when he was serving us he was also teaching another employee Nic. Charlie was outstanding and deserves a promotion.
Nicely laid out shop with a handy homewear section. Good range of clothes and shoes but often not anything out of the ordinary. Occasionally some lovely pieces however. Love this summer's linen dress.

They have wide fit shoes, but they do not have there own section and can be very difficult to find. The coffee shop inside is OK, but there are better ones on the ground floor of Drakes Circus.
